The Pyramid Apex 7405-UB4-USA is an MDB 24 volt bill validator, with a Nayax VPOS Touch card reader bezel called the "Fusion", which has been specially designed to fit on the front of the bill acceptor in place of a traditional bezel. This means that you can accept all forms of cashless payments, and cash, all with the same device! No more cutting holes or mounting card readers elsewhere on your machine. If your machine has a standard 3" x 4" bill acceptor cutout, this combo unit will fit in your machine, and allow you to accept cash, cards, and mobile payments instantly! There is no additional modem that goes with this device. The card reader, modem, and bill acceptor are all one unit, and extremely compact! All that is needed is an account with Nayax for credit card processing. Any existing account may be used.
The Nayax Fusion touchscreen card reader bezel accepts swipe, chip, and all forms of contactless NFC payments.
We will contact you after your purchase to ensure you have a Nayax account, or we will provide you with the paperwork necessary to create one if you do not have one. The fees involved with accepting cashless payments on this device are as follows. A one-time $30 activation fee of the card reader, $7.95 per month after that, and an additional 5.95% per transaction fee.
