Product Overview
This is the Bill Programming Module (BPM) for all of MEI's 2000 series 24 volt bill acceptors, including the 2400, 2500, 2600, & 2800 series, and MEI's bill Recycler. It has on it unlimited software updates for the latest 2008 versions of the $5, $10, and $20 bills, as well as the latest version of the 2013 $100 bill for the 2800 series. You can use this programmer to update your bill acceptor on the bench using a tester, or it can be used on location with no need to remove the bill acceptor from the machine it is in. The validator must be operating on MDB for this programmer to be used on location.
This programmer also has the latest version of MEI VNR bill Recycler software (v1.25 as of December 2018), and updating your older Recycler software to this latest version often will eliminate communication, credit, or coupon issues known to plague earlier Recycler software versions.
