Product Overview
This ribbon cable goes between the circuit board on the back of the MEI TRC-6512 acceptor, down to the upper sensor board of the coin mech. The two connectors on the end of this cable often fail and cause odd problems with tube sensors, causing change levels in the tubes to fluctuate. The coin mech will sometimes think, when this cable starts to fail, that a tube is full, and so it will not replenish the tube, dropping all of that denomination of coin to the cashbox. This cable will fix all of those problems 99% of the time!
MEI does not make this part anymore, and so this part is manufactured by us to the same specifications, with improved, higher-quality connectors to give longer life to these harnesses.
